Salt & Pepper Grinder Visualisation
High-end CGI product visualisation for a powder-coated metal salt and pepper grinder system, created to establish a premium tabletop presence across multiple colourways and usage contexts.
About the project
Yekta Ceramics set out to develop a tabletop product that feels sculptural, durable, and refined enough to sit within a high-end dining environment. The goal was to translate that physical design intent into a set of visuals that communicate material quality and form with clarity.
The project focused on producing a clean, controlled set of studio-grade renders alongside a contextual lifestyle shot. Multiple powder-coated colour variants were visualised to support product range development and marketing flexibility.
The primary challenge was maintaining realism across matte metal finishes while ensuring the form language remained the focus. Lighting was kept minimal and precise to avoid flattening the geometry or over-stylising the product.
A key hero image was developed showing the product held in hand, reinforcing scale, usability, and tactility without losing the premium studio aesthetic.
Challanges
The focus of this project was creating product visuals that balanced realism with a refined commercial aesthetic.
Achieving this required careful control of materials and lighting to ensure the powder-coated finish retained its subtle texture while presenting the product in a clean, premium way. Consistency across the different colour variants was equally important, with each version needing to feel like part of the same product family.
The hand-held composition was also carefully considered, using natural proportions and grip positioning to create a believable interaction and reinforce the product's scale and usability.
Summary
This project focused on translating a simple, well-designed object into a set of visuals that communicate quality instantly.
By combining controlled studio lighting with a restrained visual language, the final output positions the product as a premium tabletop object rather than a standard kitchen accessory.
The result is a flexible visual set suitable for e-commerce, marketing campaigns and product launch materials.
